TrackYourOrder.site offers free tracking for most users. Refunds are only available for paid premium features (such as API access or ad-free experience).
- You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the service.
- Once you have performed any tracking, the service is considered used and no refund will be issued.

We will process approved refunds within 5 business days.
